The Pinnacle is one of downtown Chicago’s most impressive residential towers. It was designed by Lucien LaGrange Architects and completed in 2004. It now stands at 49 stories on the eastern edge of Chicago’s River North neighborhood, and it’s easily one of the most attractive new buildings in the neighborhood. The building is located just a couple of blocks west of Michigan Avenue, Chicago’s premier shopping and nightlife attraction, and many of the condos overlook the historic Saint James Cathedral. The Pinnacle was developed by the Fordham Company, one of Chicago’s most prominent developers of luxury condo buildings.

Residences in the Pinnace range from 1,300 to 5,400 square feet, the largest of those being the eight luxury penthouses that are located on the top floors of the building. The residences feature an abundance of marble on both the entryways and in the bathrooms. Each of the units comes with expansive balconies that open up to the entire city and afford breathtaking views of the Loop skyline and the lake.
