Located on the northern edge of Chicago’s Lakeview East neighborhood, the Park Place Tower is one of the largest and most impressive high-rise condo buildings on Chicago’s north side. It is the largest residential building in the city outside of downtown Chicago, and it’s among the top 10 largest all-residential buildings in the city. A nice feature of living in such a large tower that’s a bit removed from the Loop and River North is that instead of being a part of that skyline, residents of Park Place have beautiful unobscured views of that skyline, in addition to having excellent waterfront views.

Surprisingly, the cost of living at such a prestigious address is actually quite reasonable, as individual condos range from about $140,000 for a studio or one-bedroom condo to nearly $300,000.
