I agree with the article wholeheartedly. I would add that most of the “deals” to be had are short sales. That being said, parents should start looking 8 to 10 months in advance, rather than 3 to 4 months for a traditional purchase. Failure to do so will result in their not having the chance to entertain well priced short sales.

This are great tips that all condo owners shuld consider. Hey, you know what, your right about the kitchen cabinets, my mom would usually leave the back open or put on the things that are used only for super special occassions. But when that occassion occur we need to pull out the things in front to get those at the back and to prevent them from breaking.

Since when does the median price indicate an increase in home prices? Never has.

Just means that more higher priced homes sold relative to lower homes. May mean that higher priced homes have become more affordable or that sellers have been more realistic in agreeing to sell.

Of course coupled with the latest foreclosure data where the foreclosure pipeline extended and reduced sales, the data could point to fewer lower priced homes sold.
