Floor plans at SoNo include one- to three-bedroom layouts with up to 1,656 square feet. The plans are open so the living, dining and kitchen flow from one to the other without obstruction. The building also has a trendy entrance hall with a seating area and a concierge desk. There is a fitness facility on the premises, as well as a bike room and private storage lockers. And a doorperson is on duty 24 hours a day.
